Considerations for Submitting Requirements
- Submitting the application and the required supporting documents does not guarantee that the applicant will be granted the license.
- Once the application has been submitted, if the information is incomplete or otherwise fails to comply with the provisions of these regulations, the applicant will be granted a non-extendable period of 10 business days to correct, supplement, or clarify the deficiencies noted. If the requirements are not met within the deadline, or are not met satisfactorily, the application will be declared inadmissible and ordered to be closed.
All documentation must be in Spanish; otherwise, you must provide an officially certified translation.
All information and requirements must be submitted in full; applications that do not comply with this requirement will not be accepted.
