Joint Liability Program
Core Objective
Strengthen the CFIA’s social commitment by implementing the Conditional Suspension of Penalties program and professional volunteer initiatives, channeling contributions from the fields of architecture and engineering toward projects by nonprofit organizations that promote the common good.
Chapter XV
Article 110
The Federated College of Engineers and Architects may cooperate with state and private organizations and institutions in matters relating to heritage or intellectual property that contribute to the social development of the country.
Article 112
The benefits granted by the Federated College of Engineers and Architects to public and private organizations and institutions must have as their primary purpose the promotion of social and economic improvement in the communities and social interest groups to which they are directed, in areas such as health, living conditions, the environment, intellectual development, and education.
Article 114
The General Board of Directors shall allocate up to one percent (1%) of the annual budget to provide the cooperation indicated in this Chapter. This percentage shall be fixed and may not be changed under any circumstances by any of the procedures for modifying the budget of this Federated College.
Likewise, the General Board of Directors, at its Meeting No. 29-11/12-G.O. held on Junio 5 Junio , adopted the following resolution:
The application of the concept of Social Responsibility is authorized as a CFIA policy, both at the administrative level and at the member schools.
Provides sustainable solutions within engineering and architecture services to public and private non-profit institutions and organizations with limited financial resources that request them.
Among the projects, the delivery of construction plans for day centers, educational centers, community facilities, sports facilities, agro-industrial facilities, among others, stands out.
All projects must be community-based, and interested parties must first submit an application form, which can be downloaded below.
An option for professionals in the fields of engineering and architecture who wish to be part of this "professional alliance with social commitment." An initiative that grows stronger every day thanks to those who voluntarily and honorarily contribute their technical knowledge to this social work.
Professionals from all fields who are interested in joining this team are invited to submit the application form and become part of this supportive team.
