“…Article 23.1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states: ‘Everyone has the right to work, to the free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work, and to protection against unemployment.’”

This widespread recognition of work as an inalienable right takes for granted its significance in that it dignifies the individual; and, in its deepest sense, it is the expression of human beings’ creative and service-oriented capacities. Ultimately, this is the “way” in which humanity transforms its environment for its own benefit.

Ing. Daniel Hernández Jiménez.

In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law of the CFIA, the only individuals authorized to perform work related to engineering and architecture are those who are members of the CFIA, pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9 and 12 of the aforementioned Organic Law.
