CFIA ID Card
Your membership card for this Professional Association can be accessed digitally or obtained in physical form at the Service Platforms at the Head Office and Regional Offices.
You can be accessed on the CFIA Web App.
What do I need to enroll?
The licensed professional must:
- Be licensed to practice.
- Up to date with tuition fees.
Username and password
User
- National: this is your identity card number and you must add a zero in front of it.
Example: 0112341234 - Foreign: this is your full identification number.
Password
- You can log in with the password you use on other CFIA platforms or enter it when creating your account.
- The procedure is personal and immediate at Headquarters, for which you must present your valid identity card at the CFIA Service Platform.
- In Regional Offices, processing is not immediate.
- The member must be licensed to practice professionally and up to date with membership fees.
- Cancel the corresponding fee, which amounts to ¢4,000.
- The card is valid for 5 years.
