About LP Gas Facility Inspections
Executive Decree No. 41150-MINAE-S, "General Regulations for the Regulation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Supply," established as a requirement that professionals who perform the duties of technical manager must apply for registration with the General Directorate of Fuel Transport and Marketing (DGTCC) and must have a certificate issued by the Association certifying that the professional can act as technical manager to sign documents relating to compliance with the aforementioned regulations and other technical standards applicable to the relevant activity.
