They are required to register with the CFIA and may engage solely in the activity for which they were specifically invited to the country.
"Professional consulting" shall be understood to mean professional activities involving consulting, technical cooperation, implementation, and training, carried out to address various issues in the planning, development, evaluation, and execution of engineering and architectural projects.

Considerations
- Applications that include only a postgraduate degree will not be accepted, as a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree is required for employment.
- Postgraduate degrees will be recorded once you have been admitted to the CFIA, as an update to your academic profile.
- Graduates from two universities must meet all the requirements for each academic degree.
- If you submit only your bachelor’s degree certificate, you must also provide a transcript of courses completed and the curriculum for your entire academic program (high school and bachelor’s degree). If the transcript includes courses that have been transferred, recognized, or deemed equivalent, you must meet the requirements established for such cases.
- Degrees obtained from foreign universities must bear the consular seals and the seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, as specified in Article 67 of the Consular Service Act (No. 46, dated junio 7 junio ), or must be duly apostilled in accordance with the provisions of Law 8923; and submit the original and a photocopy of the certification of recognition and equivalence.
- For degrees obtained abroad, prior to applying for inclusion in the CFIA, the process of degree recognition and equivalency must be completed through the National Council of University Rectors (CONARE).
- Once you have obtained the certification of recognition and equivalence, you may apply for membership with the CFIA by submitting all the required documents.
