Degrees Earned Abroad
- Prior to the application process for admission to the CFIA, applicants must complete the process of having their degree recognized and equated by the National Council of University Presidents (CONARE).

- Once you have obtained the certification of recognition and equivalence, you may apply for membership with the CFIA by submitting all the requirements set forth in Regular Members.
- The documentation must be in Spanish; otherwise, an officially certified translation must be provided.
- Minimum Degree Required for Hiring

- Applications that include only a postgraduate degree will not be accepted.
- Postgraduate degrees will be recorded once you have been admitted to the CFIA, as an update to your academic profile.
