Considerations for Submitting Requirements
La solicitud de incorporación debe ser presentada por la persona a incorporarse, para lo cual debe aportar original de su cédula de identidad vigente y legible. En caso contrario, las firmas y documentación deben estar debidamente autenticadas y certificadas por un notario.
All documentation must be in Spanish; otherwise, you must provide an officially certified translation.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
En caso de que alguno de los requisitos establecidos no se aporte correctamente y no cumpla con lo establecido por la normativa del CFIA, la solicitud planteada no se tramitará y no surtirá efecto legal alguno.
The application must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the date on which the decision regarding temporary admission is required.
- De previo a la entrega de los requisitos ante la Plataforma de Servicios o Sede Regional debe remitir los requisitos firmados digitalmente al correo electrónico dep.registro@cfia.cr para la validación correspondiente de la firma y el sistema le generará un número de gestión (ticket)
- The remaining requirements that do not contain a digital signature must be submitted in person to the Service Platform or Regional Office, indicating the reference number (ticket) of the requirements sent with a national digital signature.
- A digital signature is not a scanned signature; it is a signature certified by the relevant institution, which allows its owner to authenticate themselves and sign electronically.
En caso de aportar autenticación realizada en el extranjero, el documento debe presentarse
debidamente apostillado.
