General Information and Access

  • Prior to submitting the requirements to the CFIA service platforms, you must complete the course.
  • On the day of your appointment, you must bring a letter-size photocopy of your certificate of compliance.
  • The Induction and Ethics course is mandatory.

What does it consist of?

  • Modality: Virtual / Self-managed
  • Approximate duration: 8 hours
  • Platform availability: 24/7
  • Content: The course consists of six modules, which must be completed in order, as each one has specific restrictions and requires reading verification in order to advance.

How can I access it?

To enroll in the course, you must first create a user account on the CFIA Virtual Education Campus. Access the Virtual Education Campus.

About access credentials:

  • User: Register your email address as a user.
  • Key: Create your own password and save it, as you will need it to log in on future occasions.
  • A notification will be sent to your email address informing you that the account has been created and that you must confirm it in order to access it. If you do not see it, we recommend checking your Spam, Promotions, and Social folders.
