General Information and Access

  • Prior to submitting the requirements to the CFIA service platforms, you must complete the course.
  • On the day of your appointment, you must bring a letter-size photocopy of your certificate of compliance.
  • The Induction and Ethics course is mandatory.

What does it consist of?

  • Format: Online / Self-paced
  • Approximate duration: 8 hours
  • Platform availability: 24/7
  • Content: The course consists of 6 modules, which must be completed in order, as each one has specific requirements and requires a reading check before you can proceed.

How can I access it?

To enroll in the course, you must first create an account on the CFIA Virtual Learning Campus. Access the Virtual Learning Campus

About access credentials:

  • User: Enter your email address to create an account.
  • Password: Create your own password and keep it safe, as you'll need it to log in later.
  • A notification will be sent to your email address informing you that the account has been created and that you must confirm it in order to access it. If you do not see it, we recommend checking your Spam, Promotions, and Social folders.
