Core Objective

• To facilitate the resolution of financial disputes in a direct, amicable, and satisfactory manner, contributing to the resolution of disputes arising from the professional practice of CFIA members, providing added value to the parties and society in accordance with the CFIA’s primary objectives, and referring cases involving complaints of alleged ethical violations to the appropriate department.
• As a firm specializing in engineering and architecture, we provide mediation, conciliation, arbitration, and dispute board services both domestically and internationally.
