Primary Objective
- To facilitate the resolution of financial and other disputes in a direct, amicable, and satisfactory manner; to contribute to the resolution of disputes arising from the professional practice of CFIA members; to provide added value to the parties and to society in accordance with the CFIA’s primary objectives; and to refer cases involving complaints of alleged ethical violations to the appropriate department.
- As a firm specializing in engineering and architecture, we provide mediation, conciliation, arbitration, and dispute board services both domestically and internationally.
Domestic and International Services
