Fundamental objective
Ensure that CFIA members comply with proper and responsible professional practice.
- Keep your notification method up to date
- Be attentive to notifications and requests from the CAV.
- Once the case is under preliminary review by the CAV, it will be assigned a case number; please refer to that number for any inquiries.
- If you have it, it is recommended that you respond to the queries made by the CAV.

- If you need to consult the documentation for your case, please request it and it will be sent to you via a link.
- Remember that the analysis of the case is based on documentary evidence.
- The documentation must be submitted in Spanish, or if it is written in another language, it must be accompanied by an official translation, or by the means permitted by national law.
