List of Requirements

De acuerdo con el Artículo 6 del Reglamento la persona solicitante debe:

  • Have been a member of the CFIA for five or more years.
  • Be licensed to practice.
  • Stay up to date with your obligations to the CFIA.
  • No haber sido sancionada disciplinariamente, en asuntos relacionados con la fiscalización de inversiones, en los últimos diez años.
  • Aprobar la totalidad de los cursos vigentes en el programa de actualización al momento en que presente su solicitud.

De acuerdo con el Artículo 7 del Reglamento la solicitud para optar por formar parte del registro de inspectores fiscalizadores se debe dirigir a los medios físicos o electrónicos que al efecto establezca el CFIA. Para la solicitud se deberá aportar:

  • Course completion certificates.

Remember that:

  • All information and requirements must be submitted in full; applications that do not comply with this requirement will not be accepted.
  • After the application is submitted, if the information is incomplete or otherwise fails to comply with the provisions of these regulations, the applicant will be granted a non-extendable period of 10 business days to correct, supplement, or clarify the issues identified. If the requirements are not met within the deadline, or are not met satisfactorily, the application will be declared inadmissible and an order will be issued to close the case.
