1. Definitions: For the purposes of regulating the terms and conditions of the Andamios Bistró Restaurant loyalty cards, the following definitions are established:
    • Andamios:Andamios Bistró, located in the basement of the main building of the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica, Curridabat, San José
    • The customer:an individual who makes purchases at Andamios Bistró.
    • Loyalty Card:A card issued by Andamios Bistró Restaurant and given to customers to provide discounts on their purchases.
  2. Promoción valida a partir de abril del 2021
  3. Valid for dine-in at Andamios, express service, or takeout.
  4. How the Loyalty Card Works:
    When making a purchase at Andamios or using the express or pick-up service, customers can request that their Loyalty Card be stamped at the time of payment. For the express and pickup services, customers must inform us at the time of placing their order that they have a Loyalty Card so that it can be stamped upon delivery of the order.
  5. Benefit Redemption:
    • Opción 1: Al realizar 5 compras el cliente puede optar por disfrutar de un 5% de descuento en su próxima compra o puede continuar realizando compras para obtener un mayor descuento, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en la opción 2 y 3. Si el cliente decide disfrutar del beneficio del 5% de descuento, la Tarjeta de Lealtad debe ser entregada al personal de Andamios y podrá solicitar una nueva tarjeta para empezar a acumular compras nuevamente, mientras la promoción se encuentre vigente.
    • Opción 2: Al realizar 10 compras el cliente puede optar por disfrutar de un 10% de descuento en su próxima compra o puede continuar realizando compras para obtener un mayor descuento, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en la opción 3. Si el cliente decide disfrutar del beneficio del 10% de descuento, la Tarjeta de Lealtad debe ser entregada al personal de Andamios y podrá solicitar una nueva tarjeta para empezar a acumular compras nuevamente, mientras la promoción se encuentre vigente.
    • Option 3: After making 15 purchases, the customer can choose to receive a 15% discount on their next purchase. If the customer decides to take advantage of the 15% discount, they must hand in their Loyalty Card to Andamios staff and may request a new card to start accumulating purchases again, as long as the promotion is still in effect.
  6. Not valid with other promotions or discounts.
  7. The customer is responsible for the use and safekeeping of the physical card, since in the event of loss or misplacement, the benefit applies to the holder of the Loyalty Card.
  8. Al solicitar la Tarjeta de Lealtad, los clientes pueden suministrar datos personales como nombre, teléfono, correo electrónico e indicar si autoriza o no a Andamios para el envió de información y otras promociones. Andamios se compromete a que la información recopilada será utilizada únicamente para estos fines y será tratada con la mayor confidencialidad.
  9. Andamios reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions for loyalty cards at any time by posting an updated version on our website, which will take effect upon publication.
