1. Definitions: For the purposes of regulating the terms and conditions of the Andamios Bistró Restaurant loyalty cards, the following definitions are established:
    • Andamios:Andamios Bistró, located in the basement of the main building of the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica, Curridabat, San José
    • The customer:an individual who makes purchases at Andamios Bistró.
    • Loyalty Card:A card issued by Andamios Bistró Restaurant and given to customers to provide discounts on their purchases.
  2. Promotion valid starting in abril
  3. Valid for dine-in at Andamios, express service, or takeout.
  4. How the Loyalty Card Works:
    When making a purchase at Andamios or using the express or pick-up service, customers can request that their Loyalty Card be stamped at the time of payment. For the express and pickup services, customers must inform us at the time of placing their order that they have a Loyalty Card so that it can be stamped upon delivery of the order.
  5. Benefit Redemption:
    • Option 1: After making 5 purchases, the customer can choose to receive a 5% discount on their next purchase or continue making purchases to earn a larger discount, as outlined in Options 2 and 3. If the customer decides to take advantage of the 5% discount, the Loyalty Card must be turned in to Andamios staff, and the customer may request a new card to start accumulating purchases again, as long as the promotion is still in effect.
    • Option 2: After making 10 purchases, the customer may choose to receive a 10% discount on their next purchase or continue making purchases to earn a larger discount, as outlined in Option 3. If the customer decides to take advantage of the 10% discount, the Loyalty Card must be turned in to Andamios staff, and the customer may request a new card to start accumulating purchases again, as long as the promotion is still in effect.
    • Option 3: After making 15 purchases, the customer can choose to receive a 15% discount on their next purchase. If the customer decides to take advantage of the 15% discount, they must hand in their Loyalty Card to Andamios staff and may request a new card to start accumulating purchases again, as long as the promotion is still in effect.
  6. Not valid with other promotions or discounts.
  7. The customer is responsible for the use and safekeeping of the physical card, since in the event of loss or misplacement, the benefit applies to the holder of the Loyalty Card.
  8. When applying for the Loyalty Card, customers may provide personal information such as their name, phone number, and email address, and indicate whether or not they authorize Andamios to send them information and other promotions. Andamios promises that the information collected will be used solely for these purposes and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
  9. Andamios reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions for loyalty cards at any time by posting an updated version on our website, which will take effect upon publication.
