General Objective

To develop, support, and promote technical, technological, and scientific capabilities among CFIA member professionals as Costa Rica and the Central American region integrate into global value chains related to the aerospace industry.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with national and international organizations in the aerospace sector to enhance the professional skills of CFIA members and prospective members.
  • Promote capacity building in science, technology, engineering, architecture, and mathematics among all CFIA members, linking these fields to their application in the aerospace sector.
  • Promote initiatives that contribute to the development of technical, scientific, and technological skills in the aerospace field, targeting women and the next generation of future CFIA members.
  • Conduct educational activities in coordination with other national and international organizations to promote the benefits of space applications and aerospace development in general.
