Replacement of Certificate of Incorporation
1. Certificate Replacement Request Form
- The information must be complete, with no cross-outs or alterations.
- The form is available in an editable PDF format. Once completed, you must print it, sign it, and submit it along with the required documents.
- The procedure can also be carried out with a national digital signature duly accredited by the corresponding institution. The digital certificate allows its owner to authenticate themselves and sign electronically. It is not a scanned signature.

- The cancellation fee for this right is ₡20,000 colones.
