How do I apply for a Certificate of Academic Degree registered with the CFIA?

  • If you require a certificate, you must submit your request to the Registration and Documentation Department and pay the established fee.
  • Please note that these applications will be processed once the Professional Training Department has carried out the relevant analysis and forwarded them to the Registration and Documentation Department for validation of the qualification and inclusion in the system and the professional's file.
  • If the academic degree upgrade is not applicable, the academic degree submitted for the procedure will not be indicated on the certificate.
  • Prior to applying for certification, ensure that the professional and/or company are up to date with their payments to the CFIA.
