To meet the needs of CFIA’s internal and external users and drive its digital transformation through the effective implementation of technology projects, investment management, and the ongoing maintenance of secure and reliable solutions, while consistently adhering to industry best practices and maintaining oversight of activities; thereby establishing an ICT service management framework that enables the CFIA to remain at the forefront and add value to the professional practice of our members and to civil society.
