Provide legal advice to the General Board of Directors, departments, and members that make up the CFIA, ensuring that their actions are in accordance with our legal system, thereby providing legal certainty and safeguarding the purposes and interests of this professional association.

Objectives

• Provide legal input into the decision-making process of the CFIA's authorities and bodies, in order to achieve efficient development, always within a framework of respect for the primary interests of the Association, the rights of its members, and the community in general.
• Provide appropriate assistance and advice to the General Board of Directors, Member Associations, Administrative Departments, and CFIA members.
• Ensuring the defense of CFIA's interests, responsibly providing legal representation in various judicial and administrative proceedings.
