- Definitions: For the purposes of regulating the terms and conditions of the Andamios Bistró Restaurant Loyalty Cards, the following definitions are established:
- Andamios:the Andamios Bistró Restaurant, located in the basement of the central building of the Federated College of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica, Curridabat, San José
- The customer:an individual who makes purchases at the Andamios Bistró Restaurant.
- Loyalty Card:Card issued by Andamios Bistró Restaurant and given to customers to provide discounts on their purchases.
- Offer valid starting in abril
- Applies to consumption on scaffolding, express service, or pick-up.
- Loyalty Card Mechanics:
When spending at Andamios or making purchases through the express or pick-up service, customers can request that their Loyalty Card be stamped at the time of payment. In the case of express and pick-up services, customers must inform the staff at the time of placing their order that they have a Loyalty Card, so that it can be stamped when the order is delivered. - Benefit Redemption:
- Option 1: After making 5 purchases, the customer may choose to receive a 5% discount on their next purchase or continue making purchases to earn a larger discount, as outlined in Options 2 and 3. If the customer decides to take advantage of the 5% discount, the Loyalty Card must be handed over to Andamios staff, and the customer may request a new card to start accumulating purchases again while the promotion is in effect.
- Option 2: After making 10 purchases, the customer may choose to receive a 10% discount on their next purchase or continue making purchases to earn a larger discount, as outlined in Option 3. If the customer decides to take advantage of the 10% discount, the Loyalty Card must be handed over to Andamios staff, and the customer may request a new card to start accumulating purchases again while the promotion is in effect.
- Option 3: After making 15 purchases, the customer can choose to enjoy a 15% discount on their next purchase. If the customer decides to take advantage of the 15% discount, the Loyalty Card must be handed over to Andamios staff and they can request a new card to start accumulating purchases again, while the promotion is still valid.
- Not valid with other promotions or discounts.
- The customer is responsible for the use and care of the physical card, as in the event of loss or misplacement, the benefit applies to the Loyalty Card holder.
- When applying for the Loyalty Card, customers may provide personal information such as their name, phone number, and email address, and indicate whether or not they authorize Andamios to send them information and other promotions. Andamios promises that the information collected will be used solely for these purposes and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- Andamios reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of the loyalty cards at any time by publishing an updated version on our website, which will take effect at the time of publication.
