The World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO) Hackathon is back as part of the 2027 World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development celebrations!

We’re calling on #engineeringstudents, #youngengineers and multidisciplinary teams from around the world to develop innovative solutions to real-world sustainable transport challenges.

• 13 November 2026: Registrations close
• 20 November 2026: Hackathon Challenges revealed
• 20 November – 12 December 2026: Hackathon period
• 12 December 2026: Submission deadline
• 4 March 2027: Winners announced during the World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development celebrations in Rome, Italy
