About the Role

We’re looking for an Estimating Analyst to join our team in our Forum 1, Santa Ana, Costa Rica office. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in commercial construction while working on large-scale U.S. projects.

As part of the Roofing Solutions Estimating Team, you’ll support pricing and budget development by analyzing project specifications and architectural drawings, measuring areas, estimating materials, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and working closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. You’ll also research construction systems and assemblies and evaluate vendor quotes to provide accurate and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural drawings, specs, and project requirements to prepare accurate takeoffs and cost estimates
• Develop budgets and proposals for commercial roofing and panel systems
• Research materials and construction systems to support accurate costing
• Interact with suppliers and vendors to request and analyze quotes
• Assist in drafting and takeoff work using Revit and CAD tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field
• Upper Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken B2 Level); fully bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Strong mathematical and logical reasoning skills
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications desired
• Prior experience in budgeting or estimating is a plus
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD preferred
