About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Management Analyst to join our on-site team in Santa Ana. In this role, you will help manage complex roofing and construction projects across the U.S., ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with senior project managers and stakeholders, providing critical support in planning, scheduling, procurement, documentation, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Planning: Develop detailed project plans, analyze project specifications, and manage scope changes.
• Quality Control: Lead quality assurance processes to meet project specifications.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain project schedules and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate project documentation and present updates to senior management.
• Cost Control and Budget Management: Track project costs, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Communication: Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address potential issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Procurement and Logistics: Oversee material procurement, logistics, and subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or construction project management.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in construction as a project engineer or manager.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technologies.
• Intermediate advanced level proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Intermediate level Excel desired.
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
